1 Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The 8bbet website, app, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on or is using the Platform.
• "Account" — The personal user profile created through registration on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds, free spins, or other benefits offered by 8bbet.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Transaction" — Any deposit, withdrawal, or other financial activity.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register and maintain an account on the 8bbet platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may create only one account. Holding or attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and deposited funds being forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• 8bbet may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.
• The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to the support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following policies apply to financial transactions on 8bbet:

• Accepted payment methods on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these four mobile financial services are not possible.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. This limit is the same for each payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The account must be fully verified at the time of withdrawal. Using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals is mandatory.
• If any suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, 8bbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction and investigate the account.
• Deposits from a payment account that does not match the user's name are not accepted.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from 8bbet are provided subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: Bets worth 20 times the bonus amount must be placed. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total bets to be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• A bonus may only be used on one account. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If the conditions of a bonus offer are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
• 8bbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, the decision of 8bbet will be considered final.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 8bbet is not liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by a user as a result of using the platform.
• 8bbet is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, network disruptions, or third parties.
• Platform services may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons.
• 8bbet is not responsible for game interruptions caused by issues with the user's internet connection or device.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Money laundering or any attempt to legitimize illegal funds in any form.
• Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or payment fraud.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Interfering with or probing for vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.
• Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Use of any software or automated methods to influence game outcomes.

12 Dispute Resolution

The following process must be followed in the event of any dispute or complaint:

• The support team will provide an initial response within 7 business days of the complaint being submitted.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may request a review at a higher level.
• The final decision of 8bbet in resolving a dispute will be binding on all parties.
• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

13 Changes to Terms

8bbet reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time.

• Users will be notified through the platform in the event of significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
• Previous versions of the Terms are retained and may be provided upon request.
